Salon Policy

The purpose of this policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:

  1. Let our staff/ salon manager know if you have
    any allergies to any kind of chemicals or substances before getting your service(s).
  2. Address your feedbacks or comments with our
    staff while receiving service(s) so our staff can
    meet your requirement(s)
  3. Let our staff/salon manager know immediately if there are any concerns about the staff, the salon,
    or service(s).
  4. Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if
    you have any concerns that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.

GUARANTEED DURATION:
Nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

  • Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping and enhancements service afteryour appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with the original color of service.
  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
  • Repairs after guaranteed time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We will not be responsible for any infected nails.

(Our tools and equipments are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection)

REFUND

  • No refunds will be given after your service(s) is done.
  • As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
  • If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
  • During your service(s), if you’re unhappy with the works that are being provided, please inform our salon manager immediately. We will redo the services that you’re unsatisfied with at NO COST.
  • If you are still not happy after we fixed your nails and request a refund, then you have to go through our Customer Complaint Procedure by writing to us, state the reason for your unsatisfied after we re-did
    your nails, the photo of the evidence of the nails that were fixed by us.

PRICING

Price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please acknowledge before service.

METHOD(S) OF PAYMENT

  • We prefer payment in cash. Receive 2.5% discount when pay with cash
  • Payment(s) with debit/credit cards will be charged 1.5$ extra

GIFTCARDS

  • Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen
  • We are not liable to redeem any gift cards that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.

SURVEILLANCE

For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance 24/7.

CHILD SAFETY

For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respect our clients’ relaxation, please keep your children from running around, yelling or crying.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

Keep all belongings with you. We are not responsible for loss or stolen.

DAMAGED POLISH BOTTLE

Please let your technician go get your choice of polish, any breaking bottle costs 10$

APPOINTMENT

Please get to your appointment 5-10m before. If you’re more than 15m late without informing us, your tech will be assigned to the next customer.

Please be aware that the scheduled time is just an estimate of when our technicians are expected to be available. Having an appointment at a specific time doesn’t always guarantee immediate service at that exact moment.
